We’re dedicated to setting clear expectations to make your first visit as smooth and stress-free as possible. That’s why we’ve outlined all the steps, from booking to re-scheduling and everyting in betweeen, so you will know exactly what to expect before you arrive.

Booking your appointment
Our team is here to assist you in selecting a convenient date and time for your visit and to schedule your first appointment. You can easily book your appointment by calling us at (682) 593-4652 during our office hours from Wednesday through Saturday or using the online booking link at the bottom of this page.

New Patient Paperwork & Insurance
After scheduling your appointment, you’ll receive an email with details for setting up your MyChart account. Before your visit, please complete the patient record forms, which includes information about your dental concerns, past treatments, current medications, general health conditions, and any dental insurance you may have. This helps us prepare thoroughly for your visit and ensures we use your time efficiently during your appointment.

When you Arrive
From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our front desk team, who will assist you with the check-in process while offering you a water or coffee. As part of your visit, we’ll take six photos of your smile, which Dr. Choi will review with you later. One of our dental assistants or hygienists will then guide you through a series of diagnostic imaging, including a panoramic X-ray and a full set of detailed X-rays. You’ll also receive a state-of-the-art 3D intraoral scan, providing a comprehensive view of your dental condition. After your visit, you’ll have access to this 3D scan through a convenient app, which we’ll email you instructions for, so you can easily view your scan anytime.

EXAM & TREATMENT PLAN
Dr. Choi will conduct a thorough examination, reviewing all your X-rays, photos, and the 3D scan results with you. She’ll walk you through her findings, educate you on your oral health, and address any concerns you may have. Based on her assessment, Dr. Choi will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs, ensuring you fully understand all your options. Liz, our Patient Care Coordinator, will then review the treatment plan in detail, including costs, insurance benefits, and available financing options if needed.

SCHEDULING YOUR NEXT VISIT
To conclude your visit, our front desk team will assist you in scheduling your next appointment based on your treatment plan and availability. We’ll also go over any follow-up care instructions and answer any additional questions to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
